Just a few months after XOCO 325 launched its teaser site (complete with a comic strip illustrating what we assume are two of the building’s residents), DDG has officially launched sales for the condo at 325 West Broadway. The building, constructed on the site of a former chocolate factory, will have 21 one- to four- bedroom units, with the smallest one coming in at 1,055 square feet. The exterior features a cast-aluminum façade with vertical gardens over a glass curtain wall. The design is inspired by local 19th century cast-iron architecture. The apartments themselves have high ceilings and open floorplans, along with modern amenities like radiant-heat flooring. There are four apartments currently on the market, with the smallest being a $2.625 million one-bedroom, and the largest a $7.65 million four-bedroom.
